Every Ocean Arc shipment has a tracking number that looks like OAK7M3Q9XT2B. Enter it on the Track page to see where your cargo is. Our team enters each update, so you see real milestones rather than guesses.
The statuses
- Booked: we have your shipment on record.
- Received at China Warehouse: your goods have arrived at our warehouse in Guangzhou or Yiwu.
- Consolidating / Loaded: your cargo is being grouped with other shipments and loaded.
- Departed China: the vessel or flight has left.
- In Transit: your cargo is on its way to the Philippines.
- Arrived at PH Port/Airport: your cargo has reached the Philippines.
- Customs Clearance: import paperwork is being processed.
- Released by Customs: clearance is complete.
- Out for Delivery / Ready for Pick-up: your cargo is on a truck to you, or waiting for collection.
- Delivered: your cargo has reached its destination.
- On Hold: something needs attention. The note on the update explains why.
Privacy
The tracking page shows progress only. It never shows the receiver’s name, phone number or address. If a number is not found, check for typos or contact us with your booking reference.
