Quotes and estimates
Online calculator results are estimates only. A quote we send you confirms the final price and what it includes. A booking request is not a contract until we confirm it.
Prohibited and restricted items
We cannot ship illegal goods, weapons and ammunition, illegal drugs, counterfeit items, or anything restricted by Philippine law. Dangerous goods such as batteries, liquids, aerosols and flammables need prior approval and may be refused. You are responsible for declaring your cargo accurately.
Customs and documents
Imported goods are subject to Philippine duties and taxes. Where our rate states it includes them for standard cargo, extra charges may still apply to regulated, unusually high-value or non-standard cargo. You must provide accurate invoices, packing lists and permits.
Payment
Payment details are sent with your quote. We do not take payments through this website.
Transit times
Any transit time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Schedules, customs and weather can change it.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for loss or damage is limited as described in the quote or written agreement for your shipment.
Claims
Tell us as soon as you notice loss or damage, with photos and your tracking number.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
