Shipping & Routes
Where do you ship from and to?
We ship from our hubs in Guangzhou and Yiwu, China, to destinations across the Philippines. Goods arrive at a Philippine port or airport and are delivered onward by truck.
What is the difference between sea, air and land freight?
Sea is the cheapest for large or heavy cargo but slowest. Air is fastest and priced by weight, best for urgent or high-value goods. Land is our domestic trucking leg from the arrival hub to you.
What is LCL and what is FCL?
LCL (Less than Container Load) means your goods share a container with others and you pay for the space you use. FCL (Full Container Load) means you book a whole container for yourself, best for large orders.
How long does shipping take?
Sea freight typically takes 2–4 weeks to reach our Philippine hub; air freight typically 3–7 days door-to-door. Domestic delivery adds time depending on your location. Schedules, customs and weather can change these times.
Do you offer door-to-door delivery?
Yes. We can deliver to your address anywhere trucks can reach, or you can pick up from our hub. Tell us which you prefer when you book.
Which areas in the Philippines do you deliver to?
Metro Manila and nearby provinces, the rest of Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao, using our trucking and inter-island partners. Remote or island areas may take longer or cost extra.
Can individuals ship with you, or only businesses?
Both. We work with online sellers, retailers and distributors, and also individuals moving personal or household goods.
Do you offer full-truckload and shared-truck delivery?
Yes — FTL for large loads and LTL for smaller ones.
Rates & Payments
How is sea freight priced?
By volume in cubic meters (CBM), with a minimum charge for very small packages (0.20 CBM or less). Very dense, heavy cargo is billed by weight instead, and delivery to provincial areas costs extra. Use our calculator for an estimate.
How is air freight priced?
By chargeable weight in kilograms: the higher of actual weight or volumetric weight (CBM × 167). Use our calculator for an estimate.
How do I get a quote?
Use the calculator for an estimate, or send a booking request. We’ll reply with a quote that confirms the final price.
Are there extra charges besides freight?
Our standard rates already include customs duties and taxes, warehouse storage and documentation for standard cargo. Extra charges can apply for delivery to provincial or far areas, oversized or special-handling cargo, and goods that need special permits or fall outside standard cargo. Your quote always states what is included.
How do I pay?
We’ll send payment details with your quote. We don’t take payments through this website.
Customs & Documents
What documents do I need?
Usually a supplier invoice and packing list, a product description, and the receiver’s details. Some goods need extra permits. We’ll tell you what applies when you book.
Who handles customs clearance?
We coordinate the paperwork and follow your shipment through clearance. Duties and taxes are paid by the importer.
Will I pay duties and taxes?
Imported goods are subject to duties and taxes under Philippine customs rules. For standard cargo, our rates already include them, so you do not pay them separately. If your goods are regulated, unusually high in value or outside standard cargo, we will tell you before shipping if anything extra applies.
Do you ship for importers who don’t have an import account?
Tell us your situation when you book and we’ll explain the options available.
Tracking
How do I track my shipment?
Go to the Track page and enter your tracking number (it looks like OA-7K3M9XQ2). You’ll see each status update and the latest location.
Why can’t I see the receiver’s name on the tracking page?
For privacy. Tracking pages show only the shipment’s progress. The receiver’s name, phone number and address are never displayed publicly.
My tracking number says “not found”. What should I do?
Check for typos (numbers don’t use the letters O or I, or the digits 0 or 1). If it’s correct, your shipment may not be entered yet — contact us with your booking reference.
How often is tracking updated?
Whenever there is a new milestone, such as arriving at our warehouse, departing China, arriving in the Philippines, clearing customs, or going out for delivery. Updates are entered by our team.
Prohibited Items & Handling
What can’t you ship?
We can’t ship illegal goods, weapons and ammunition, illegal drugs, counterfeit items, or anything restricted by Philippine law. Dangerous goods such as batteries, liquids, aerosols and flammables need prior approval and may be refused. Contact us before booking if unsure.
Can you ship electronics, batteries or branded goods?
Often yes, with conditions. Batteries and some electronics have special handling rules, and branded goods need to be genuine. Tell us the details so we can advise.
How do you protect fragile cargo?
We check packaging on receipt and recommend repacking or crating where needed. Mark cartons “fragile” and tell us when you book.
What if my goods are damaged or lost?
Tell us as soon as you notice, with photos and your tracking number. Our terms describe how claims are handled.
Can I ship regularly?
Yes. Many customers ship monthly or weekly. Tell us your pattern when you book and we’ll plan consolidation and schedules around it.
