How do I track my shipment?
Go to the Track page and enter your tracking number (it looks like OAK7M3Q9XT2B). You’ll see each status update and the latest location.
Why can’t I see the receiver’s name on the tracking page?
For privacy. Tracking pages show only the shipment’s progress. The receiver’s name, phone number and address are never displayed publicly.
My tracking number says “not found”. What should I do?
Check for typos (numbers don’t use the letters O or I, or the digits 0 or 1). If it’s correct, your shipment may not be entered yet — contact us with your booking reference.
